Entrepreneurial Equity is my own private fund set aside to either start new ventures myself and or do joint ventures with other entrepreneurs, in support of other entrepreneurs.

If it is the latter, ideally the start up phase would have been completed and the enterprise established. I am reluctant to do pure start ups anymore as these are very time consuming.
